With over 50% of current leaders set to retire within 5–10 years, there is no formal program that exists to prepare their successors. This industry was built on relationships and mentorship and must be re-established to preserve institutional knowledge and culture. To ensure the future strength and stability of the 811 system, we must embrace the unique skills of emerging leaders. Investing in leadership development now is essential to move forward.

WHY
There is not a program available to prepare future leaders in 811.
With over half of leadership roles opening in the next 5–10 years, it's time to rebuild a culture of mentorship and recognize the unique skills the next generation brings.
PURPOSE
To become a World Class Executive in the One Call/811 Industry.
Provides a comprehensive manual, executive-led training, a certificate of completion, ongoing mentorship, board training, and potential access to the P2 Mastermind Peer Group (TBD).
